I'm not sure when I've been so impressed with a business! I had an estimate in 10 minutes. The part they needed to repair my car was in stock. They were able to schedule my repair for the next day. They provided a rental car contact that met me at Cascade Collision with the rental car at the time of my appointment. They finished up a day early. The repair was stellar. They washed my car and vacuumed it. It looked better than when I dropped it off in every way! I no sooner mentioned I needed a rental car receipt and Mike was on the phone with rental company asking it be faxed over! I'm sure there are repairs way more complex than mine and days when they are much busier than when I was there but you get the sense when you walk in there that this is a business that treats all their customers in the same way. Honest and beyond thorough! Don't hesitate to work with them. You will not be disappointed.

Very High quality work. This is the second time I have been hit by someone else. The first time there was over $5000 in damage and after they were done you couldn't tell I had ever been hit. They were very helpful as I went through the insurance company. You can't find better customer service.
